These services are for general pest control not including termites ,which require treatment techniques not covered with our general pest programs. Some of the services we offer for general pest control are:

1. Monthly Pest Control Service
This service is typically for a client with a severe pest problem, usually cockroaches or fleas. This service may also be suitable for someone that has little or no tolerance for any pests entering the home. This service begins with a thorough treatment of both the interior and exterior of the home including the garage and sheds. This initial service eliminates active infestations and places a protective barrier around the home for continuing protection. Following the initial service, we continue protecting your home by treating the exterior on a monthly basis. This service is guaranteed,  should a general pest problem arise between services, we will treat that problem at no extra charge. 

Some problems such as rats or bees are not covered under our general pest programs. Please refer to our contract or contact us to see if your pest problem is guaranteed under our general  pest program.

2. Every-Other-Month Pest Control Service
This is the service most of our clients prefer. Interior general pest  problems are kept under control while on the exterior insects are visible only occasionally depending upon the time of year. Like the monthly program, we begin with an initial service, treating both the interior and exterior of your home. Following the initial service, we continue protecting your home by treating the exterior (unless the treatment of the interior is necessary) every other month. This service is guaranteed , should a general pest problem arise between services, we will treat that problem at no extra charge.

3. Quarterly Pest Control Service
This service is restricted to  mobile home customers,  in mobile home parks. This special situation allows us to treat on a quarterly basis with great results. Most of our mobile home customers prefer to begin this service by treating only the exterior, underneath and sheds. Due to the construction of a mobile home, treating underneath and around the exterior will gain control of most general pest problems. The interior is guaranteed on this quarterly service and should a general pest problem arise, we will treat that problem at no extra charge.
